Eskay Elevators is the flagship company of the prestigious Eskay Group having diversified businesses in Realty, Hospitality, Organic Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Petrochemicals & Infrastructure. Eskay Elevators is one of the most trusted brands in Elevators, Escalators, and Car Parking solutions, and have executed several projects with diversified business segments among which prominent being the residential and the commercial construction sector. Also, they have successfully executed several projects that needed a high level of customization and were rejected by other players in the market. Also, they had very strong goodwill and a legacy of 25 years in the market built on their relationships with various partners in the industry
The Key Challenges
They were facing stiff competition from the Multinational companies on one hand who were offering better prices by cutting corners and several local players who were providing inferior quality products & services without having much much knowledge about the solutions. The Covid times only added up to the challenges and also the grapevine about the company was also playing its part in the company’s business activities.
The Rise of Phoenix:
After a thorough analysis of the company, its offering, its history, and the business scenario through our brand strategy workshops spread across the various meeting, the first thing we decided was to showcase a positive change in the mindset of both the internal and external audience about the company. This was agreed by redesigning their logo in a way that it looked contemporary, and still had the recall value of the old logo. Also, to communicate that they were ready to get back with vengeance, we gave them the tagline “The Power To Rise”. Since they were entering into 25th year of their existence, and the management had strong personal goodwill in the market, a new positioning statement was created “25 Years of Nurturing Relationships”. Once this was done, we re-designed their stationery, and marketing collaterals such as a corporate brochure, product catalogue, corporate presentation, and website (about to get live).
Apart from being in constant touch with their clients and other target audience for informing them about the happenings in the company, we have been managing their social media campaigns and posting updates on a consistent basis. This has wiped out all the unwanted doubts about the company in the market. All this has infused positive energy within the internal audience and this has started showing results even with the external audience with the company now back on its way to achieving its targets and scaling new heights.
