The challenge
With the second generation now being an active participant in the business and also having a rich legacy of projects, the company wanted to embark upon the journey of a better and more relevant identity for the company/group – which was critical for the next phase of their growth journey.
The challenges it faced
The objective of bringing metro level projects to aspirational Interior India was something at the core of their business and hence the positioning “Redefining Lifestyle Spaces'' was brought to the fore. The legacy of 30+ years of existence was highlighted by brining “Trusted Since 1987” mnemonic. The same was derived from the brand strategy meeting held at their corporate office in Pune involving all the founders and senior management team.
A redesigned corporate identity which had the connection with their original logo along with a fresh set of print and digital collaterals was designed. Also, the new online corporate identity became the centrepiece of their turnaround story. The website focussed on state-wise, district-wise and project-wise navigation to facilitate the target audience to zero-in on the right project. Each project page was designed to become the landing page of their online marketing campaigns.
A new phase begins…
