How did the right branding approach shifts the long-lasting brand impression of a 4 decade old company from a trader to a manufacturer of highly techno-scientific equipment
Shivani Scientific - a legacy brand
Shivani Scientific – An established company, in the business of ART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) and Bio-Medical Equipment, with a proven track record of 40 years.
Recognise the founder. Streamline the programs.
With over 40 years of experience in the IVF business vertical, Shivani Scientific had gradually progressed from being a trader of medical equipment to innovators; manufacturing high tech IVF devices. They already have their own manufacturing units and 2 patents registered in the US plus 17 patents filed for registration internationally!
As they started to scale as manufacturers, there was a pressing need for the management to now present the brand in a completely new light.
The challenges it faced
With our association for almost 2 years now, Phi understood the company inside-out which was a huge advantage. Identifying Innovation and Technology as two core keywords positioning them as innovators and creators in IVF technology equipment, a new logo unit was created with the objective of sending a direct message to their Target Audience.
Once the same was finalised, the same message was constantly shared to the internal stakeholders through a series of digital collaterals which also embedded their value. The new positioning was also communicated to external stakeholders through one-page print ads for a trade magazine (and others) and eight-page brochure for two of their new and innovative Products/Services – Modular CASA and Labcare were designed.
A corporate video – that captured not just their entire journey, mission but also the way ahead was explained concisely, relevantly and appropriately through 2D animation
