Two Brothers the brand

Two Brothers Organic Farms was a new venture initiated by two brothers turned entrepreneurs and is into natural, organic and sustainable farming supplying organic farm produce to supermarkets across Maharashtra (and soon the rest of India & Abroad).

The challenge

The company needed to brand itself as a premium fresh farm produce supplier. With aggressive growth targets, they needed to brand their products right – from day one! Add to that, the owners had no prior experience of marketing and business and so the stakes were high for launching the brand in the most appropriate as well as the planned manner.


The challenges it faced

After an in-depth study of their business strategy, 2 brands were launched simultaneously:

  • Amorearth - it provided 100% lab-tested organic fresh fruits and vegetables from their farms targeting health-conscious evolved consumers)

  • Freshura - it specialised in sourcing farm-fresh produce directly from the farm to the supermarket, thereby providing value for money to consumers

The story continues

Since its launch, both the brands have been widely accepted by the consumers and in a very short period, they have covered the length and breadth of the country and growing at an accelerated pace.
