How to add zing to a farmhouse project being launched by a new firm with the help of the right kind of branding
Apex Wildernest the brand
A new launch company Apex Creators offering premium housing solutions to clients in the suburbs of Mumbai. They were launching their first project a farmhouse at 1.5 hours driving distance from Mumbai with some unique ideas.
The challenge
A new startup with no track record is always a tough proposition to convince investors for believing and convincing them to invest for personal use or as an investment. This is where the role of branding becomes the most important ingredient for a great show.
The Solution
We created the brand Apex from scratch by focusing on their simplicity and honesty in their intent and positioning them as a brand that could deliver. We managed to convert their vision into a logo and a website and supported it with other collaterals like brochures that clearly stood for the brand’s philosophy.
After achieving the above, we went ahead and created the identity of their first project, aptly named ‘Wildernest’ – beautiful farmhouses surrounded by virgin nature and organic farming. Then, based on our research, we understood the Needs, Desires and Problems of the Target Audience and showcased the communication answering them and specifically highlighting the points on why the customer should invest.
A sense of pride
We managed to create a brand that highlighted customer service, coupled with honesty and integrity. As expected, the project received an overwhelming response on opening.
